Duplicated order

"this is not a complaint" I ordered an enigma and a lexus 256 but when i entered my credit card info for hung bank verification it said i took to long so i went through the process again and order was confirmed. Now when i check the status of order on dooda i get three orders 1 is queued and the other 2 are not finished which is what i want. I am hopeing that the other 2 orders which are not what i wanted do not get charged to my card . How do i make sure this does not happen and how do i remove them from the order status window?

Hi ,

Any Not Finished Transaction orders are not charged to your Credit Card at all. These are rejected orders! If you should find a charge for a Not Finished Transaction order on your Credit Card statement then please let me know immediately for a Full REFUND.

So far more then 5000 orders came in and none were charged to Not Finished Transaction orders only Queued Orders were charged.

When you get a Not Finished Transaction order confirmation don't back out, stop shopping, or using XCART. Continue until you get a QUEUED message then stop.

If we find two QUEUED orders from the same customer with same products we will not fill or process the order until we send you an email to determine if this is a duplicate or you want more then 1 order.

When we get a reply we will process the proper quantities and if required a REFUND for the duplicate order. Once this is completed we will send a Tracking number within 48 hours.

Hi All,

I want to clear up one more thing about Duplicate Orders.

Any order marked Not Finished, that means unsuccessfully, will not be Shipped or Charged to your Credit Card.
